This compilation (conceived over a period of roughly 6 months in an apartment using Garageband) is my first project. Each song stems from the overwhelming thoughts and feelings (both negative and positive) that arise during a transition between life's chapters. Many of the tunes in the collection may appear unfinished, which, in a sense, are. Although I had plans to add lyrics here, or instrumental sections there, during the creation process I tended to hit a block. So I decided to compile the songs to see how they fit together. The atmosphere I had been striving for was already there: raw, conflicted, and of course psychedelic. It felt finished. These tunes provided me a small journey, as I hope they do for you!
